We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the distribution team at our New Zealand Warehouse located in Mangere.
About the role
This opportunity will see you drive seamless, cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of Lorna Jane product.
You Will
- Lead a small team of Warehouse Coordinators
- Manually pick & pack Lorna Jane product
- Maintain relationship with NZ Country Manager in relation to all stock and replenishments for stores.
- Oversee each area of the warehouse, ensuring the team maintain a high output and seamless operations.
- Daily forklift operation
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to enhance productivity and teamwork.
- Undertake regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Assist in recruiting and training of new team members on process updates and upskilling opportunities for all team members.
- Maintain a safe, secure warehouse environment by ensuring the team are adhering to company policies and procedures and WH&S regulations are maintained.

About You
- Experience working in a warehouse as a Senior Storeperson, Supervisor or Manager
- Ability to work autonomously or manage a small team
- Knowledge of New Zealand’s distribution environment, processes and regulations
- Current forklift & drivers’ licence
- Familiarity with WH&S practices in a warehousing environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual task as required
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary and adapt to changing priorities.
