**About you**
- You will have good communication skills, both oral and written
- You will have the ability to work in a team as well as being able to self-manage, and work autonomously when required.
- You can multi-task
- be physically fit as all tasks involve regular lifting of glass up to 25kgs
- Furnace experience desired but not essential
