Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Hutt Hospital Perioperative Department consists of eight operating suites and are a dynamic and innovative provider of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecological, ENT, General, Orthopaedics, Dental, Maxillofacial, and acute services.
In this role you will provide administration support to the newly established Second Stage Recovery (SSR) and also Surgical Admissions Unit (SAU), within the Perioperative Department. We have a full time and a part time position available and are happy to discuss flexible hours.

SSR and SAU are part of the wider Perioperative Department and is a fast-paced, quality driven, patient focused environment. We pride ourselves on having a dynamic and supportive team. Moū - About you
You will be an excellent communicator, believe in the importance of team work, and able to demonstrate a wide range of administration skills including sound keyboard and computer knowledge, good decision making and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and attention to detail with high level of accuracy are all essential for the role.
