**What will you be doing?**

At Tower, we are progressing boldly to ensure our customers are our compass. To do this we are looking for an administrator who will provide overall Toka Tu Ake EQC reporting, administration, and invoicing support to Tower's Event Response in relation to claims management under the Natural Disaster Relationship Agreement (NDRA).

You will support the Toka Tu Ake EQC Relationship Lead and wider Event Response Team ("ERT") in reporting and administration activities in relation to Tower's requirements under our agreement with Toka Tu Ake EQC in the management of EQC claims.

You can expect to be across the following
- Own and action the monthly Toka Tu Ake EQC invoicing process and accuracy. Identify and escalate any errors or issues related to the invoicing process to relevant stakeholders to ensure no delays in the monthly invoicing process and receipt of funds to Tower.
- Own and action the weekly data check for claims data accuracy in the Toka Tu Ake EQC claims system.
- Assist the Toka Tu Ake EQC Relationship Lead in the generation and/ or administration of all Toka Tu Ake EQC related reporting, including but not limited to the standard Toka Tu Ake EQC monthly data reporting, weekly Third-Party Administrator land assessments data triage and management, and weekly Toka Tu Ake EQC claims lodgement accuracy.
- Identify process improvements opportunities related to EQC administration and reporting processes, and support the documenting of all EQC internal and external processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Finance, to ensure the accuracy and completion of monthly invoicing to Toka Tu Ake EQC
- Assist the Toka Tu Ake EQC Relationship Lead with the extraction and collation of Toka Tu Ake EQC monthly and ad hoc claims data reporting for internal committees and stakeholders.
- Assist in the triage of supplier or other claims invoice queries related to Toka Tu Ake EQC claims, escalating to the Toka Tu Ake EQC Relationship Lead or Team Leaders as required, to reduce delays in monthly invoicing.
- Follow Toka Tu Ake EQC's guidelines and processes while working through EQ Cover claims reporting and administration tasks.
- Assist in other non-Toka Tu Ake EQC ERT reporting or administration activities as and when required.

**What you'll need**

You are skilled in working with large data sets, using complex systems and technology. Additionally, you are a natural problem solver with a love for interacting and influencing outcomes by asking questions, showing empathy and understanding people's needs

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Proven Word and Excel skills (Pivot Table and complex Formula expertise required)
- 1-3 years accounts and/or payments administration experience (required)
- 1-3 years claims management experience (preferable)
- Experience working in a high demand role with high level of timebound activities
