**The Role / About You**
- We have an opportunity for an experienced operations and people leader to lead our
**Piletech** Business. The role of the Piletech Manager will be to lead, plan and manage Piletech to achieve agreed levels of turnover, profitability and other key performance measures through the securing and completing of specialist engineering projects. Some key features we will be looking for, are your ability to engage, motivate and inspire a team, work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and build and deliver a winning strategy.

**Your background and experience we will be looking for**:

- Civil Engineering degree qualified or equivalent, Tertiary Business-related qualification
- Proven and successful track record working in civil construction or related fields leading and delivering projects
- Strong New Business track record in delivery of large, medium and small infrastructure projects, ideally in New Zealand Construction Industry
- Experience in tender management, successfully delivering agreed financial targets and margins whilst meeting client expectations
- Strong track record of forging relationships with key prospective external partners, clients and stakeholder
- Management of large teams and direct people management experience
