- Burwood Hospital - Older Persons Health and Rehabilitation Services, including the Spinal injuries Unit
- Ashburton Hospital - General Hospital, south of Christchurch

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

We are looking for a Registrar or Junior Consultant who is seeking a role specifically designed to provide them with the full range of clinical experiences and training in Vascular Surgery. The role can be tailored for more open or endovascular work as required and provides an excellent opportunity to advance either open or endovascular skills.

This position starts in September 2025.

- You will have completed your **first two post graduate years** (PGY3+)
- Qualifications recognized for registration with the New Zealand Medical Council FRACS, FRCS desirable or Experience in vascular surgery.
- Knowledge and commitment of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how the principles can be applied to health.
- A willingness to grow and further develop an equity lens and skillset, both to assist Māori and minority groups.
