**About Us**:
We are a small, unique Airbnb property known for our beautiful grounds, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional guest experiences. We take pride in offering a peaceful, well-kept environment, and we're looking for a dedicated part-time lawns and garden person to help us maintain our beautiful outdoor spaces.

As a Part-Time Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping our lawns mowed, grounds clean, safe, and inviting for our guests. This includes basic gardening, seasonal tasks, and small projects to enhance the natural beauty of the property.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mowing, trimming, and watering lawns and plant beds
- Weed and Bug Spraying
- Building Washing
- Pruning and maintaining shrubs, trees, and flower beds
- Sweeping pathways, cleaning outdoor furniture, and tidying common areas
- Managing waste removal and keeping the property litter-free
- Seasonal tasks, including snow removal or planting seasonal flowers
- Notifying management of any repairs needed or safety concerns
- Occasionally assisting with outdoor set-up for special events (if applicable)

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using basic gardening and landscaping equipment
- Attention to detail and a love for working outdoors
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
