Do you have exceptional customer service, thrive on logístical challenges and have an ability to make things happen?

**We would love to talk to you if you**:

- 2 years’ in a customer focused role, ideally within the hire, construction or transport and logistics industry.
- Comfortable working in a workshop/yard environment and dealing with different personalities / cultures.
- Strives for a high level of customer satisfaction (internal and external) and delivery focus.
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Able to connect with, build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Learning agile, able to quickly grasp latest technology and systems as required.
- Comfortable to work independently (undirected) and as part of a team.
- Top notch attention to detail, organising, prioritising and time management skills.
- Has good initiative and willingness to take on tasks / projects through to completion.
- Punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking, with a positive attitude.
- Agile, resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel (to at least intermediate level).
- Do what you say you will - deliver on promises.
- Can do attitude and takes initiative.
