Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new casual Retail Consultants to support our incredible **Aesop Wellington **store teams and **Online Retail **across Festive Season 202 2.

This role will be a mix of operational store support and digital/ online support.

If you have a passion for exceptional customer service, a love for skincare and thrive in a considered environment then this may be the role for you.

During the Festive season, you will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. You will be responsible for ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers, processing sales and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and beautifully presented.

**What are we looking for**
- Previous experience within the customer service industry
- The ability to communicate with warmth, energy and sincerity
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- An interest to learn product knowledge
- **Flexible and open availability throughout October - February**
