**What you'll do.**
**We are have rare opportunities to join our team as a Warehouse Officer in the below roles**:
- Permanent Full-time position
- Fixed term position
The Warehouse Officer will report directly to the ASL manager and work to support with stocktaking, inventory management, record management, administration, and general warehouse duties.
**The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following**:
- Process inward and outwards contractual services for our customers
- Stock control and inventory management
- Data entry and record management including timely completion of invoicing.
- Providing high standard customer service ensuring expectations are being met.
- Adhere to all operational processes and duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s
- Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Maintaining equipment in a safe and complete working condition at all times
- Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury-free environment.
- Efficient and effective handling of confidential material
**What we're looking for**
You will be someone who has the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. Someone who can take instructions, implement a daily/weekly work plan, and demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude.
- Exceptional experience with warehouse management systems
- You are an energetic, outgoing person who is organised, can manage your time well, and multitask effectively.
- Applicants must be fit, healthy, and able to lift heavy loads when necessary
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance
