Silver Fern Farms Belfast have an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about engaging employees, fostering growth and broadening their expertise.

It is a permanent position and suited to someone with previous experience who can hit the floor running at our busy site

Lead all facets of Health & Safety processes, including incident learning opportunities, risk assessments, administration of Health & Safety systems, education and reporting to site management. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to drive change.

This role is critical in in ensuring the site’s health & safety procedures are compliant with current health and safety legislation whilst providing guidance in the area of health and wellbeing for the people at Silver Fern Farms Belfast.

**Ōu Pūkenga /About You**:

- A passion for fostering a healthy and safe environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel), databases and systems
- Ability to engage with people at all levels, to empower others and a have a willingness to learn and develop personally
- Proven ability in Continuous Improvement
- Level 4 H&S certificate or diploma would be advantageous, or the desire to study towards a H&S related qualification
