**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing ServiceNow related incidents, requests and enhancements that are raised to the NZ Police ICT Tools & Corporate Workflow product team.
- Having a good understanding of the ServiceNow product and its offerings and how this relates to NZ Police’s use of the product.
- Interacting with end users and peers within ICT as well as customers from our support service groups on a regular basis to ensure outcomes are achieved for our business regarding ServiceNow administration and enhancements.
- An understanding of ITSM, ITOM and ITAM toolsets and knowledge of working within an ITIL Service Management and Agile frameworks.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a Team Player focused on exceeding customer expectations and collaborating with others.

**Utu ā-tau | Salary**

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $98,854 and $114,456 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
