If you are passionate about baking and have exceptional leadership qualities, then we would love to hear from you.

**As a Bakery Manager, you will need to show that you have the following skills and attributes.**
- Experience in the food service/retail industry
- Ensure sales and GP targets for the department are met or exceeded
- Computer literate, SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Maintain food safety compliance in the department
- Previous experience in managing/supervising teams is preferred
- Be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kgs on a regular basis

In this role, you’ll gain experience similar to running your own business and will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide first class products and service.

This position will require you to work one weekend shift with the exact days and hours to be discussed with the successful applicant at the final stage.
