**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our head office branch and to work alongside another team member. If you consider yourself switched on, have immaculate presentation and an excellent phone manner then this role is for you

This role will offer variety and exposure to a wide range of administration activities. There will be no two days the same and you will be learning from the best.

**Furthermore, you will be also responsible for**:

- Presenting a welcoming and professional image when taking care of calls and visitors at reception
- Representing Head Office reception in a professional and confident manner
- General support and assistance to the branch and Aon employees
- Keeping the office environment presentable at all times
- Ad-hoc back office administrative duties as the need arises.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to learn and deliver a high-quality customer service experience. Your attitude and presentation skills are key.

**To be successful in this role you will display**:

- Proven capacity for working in a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Consistently high standards of quality customer service
- Calm under pressure and who can go the extra mile.

This role is a reception role where the hours will consist of 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch.
