We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Curatorial Administrator to join the team at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s Aquarium. This role is a flexible role offering 32 hrs per week.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Curator you will be responsible for taking ownership of all administrative duties in areas of Health & Safety planning and administration, payroll, recruitment, procurement and coordination support.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing administrative tasks
- Overseeing maintenance of office facilities
- Ensuring that office equipment and supplies are readily available
- Maintaining records
- Ensure the workplace is safe and healthy for employees and visitors
- Ensure compliance and record keeping of health & safety procedures, accidents and incidents, and training
- Coordinate activity with remote support functions
- Communicate widely with staff through various platforms
- Other ADHOC admin duties

Qualifications & Experience:
A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential, but to truly shine in this role you will also have:

- High level of planning and organisation skills required to meet the daily challenges within the business.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Attention to detail, accurate and well organised.
- Consistency in work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to follow through with extra tasks.
