We are looking for Full or Part Time Butchers or Knife Hands to join our busy supermarket Butchery Department.

The full time roles would suit a fully qualified butcher looking for a new challenge or a knife hand who is looking for strong development and training opportunities. The part time role would suit an experienced butcher or knife hand that is looking to scale back from full time work and do 2-3 days per week.

**Core Requirements for the Roles**:
Excellent Food Safety and Health and Safety Practices

Box meat production and break down into customer ready portions.

Carcass meat production and break down into customer ready portions. (Training will be given if you haven't processed much carcass before)

Merchandising the customer display case so it always looks tidy and appealing.

Band Saw experience.

A team player that enjoys being park of a young, engaged and driven team.
