**About the Role**:
**We have 4 part time Caregiver positions available working a variety of shifts ranging from 27.5 hours to 24 hours per week. Shifts are either AM or PM shifts and include weekend work.**

**The pay range is in line with the Caregiver payrate published on the Ministry of Health website.**

**Responsibilities includes**:

- Providing resident directed care and support to our residents.
- Working under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.
- Fostering an environment of acceptance and choice.
- Contributing to and demonstrating knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.
- Providing support for the family.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Health and Wellbeing certificate preferred.
- Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
- Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
- Problem solving and decisive decision-making skills.
- Empathy and love making a difference in our residents' lives.
