Job Description: We are seeking an Electrical Trades Assistant.

We are looking for an Electrical Trades Assistant. This job is required to perform duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assist electricians and other tradespeople with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Handle and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of qualified electricians, such as wiring, conduit installation, and fixture assembly.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Onsite training will be provided through NZ certified Electrician so no prior experience or qualification is mandatory, the successful applicant must have one of the following:

- Good work attitude and good communication skills
- Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
- Quality workmanship and eye for detail
- Strong dedication to health and workplace safety
- Strong ability to work independently
