- A rare opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive / Legal Secretary to be proactively involved in Litigation matters.
- Experienced Legal Executive or Legal Secretary to support Litigation team.

Case management experience preferred.

Role overview
- Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Executive or Legal Secretary to join their growing team. They are committed to providing a collaborative environment, where initiative is encouraged and support is given.

In this role you will be undertaking administrative tasks, including dictation, preparing correspondence, using precedent forms, drafting and amending legal documents, file management, drafting court documents. Previous experience in Litigation case management and direct client contact is an essential requirement.

- Selection criteria
- Legal Executive or Secretarial Litigation experience is essential;
- A familiarity with Practice Management Systems;
- A high and accurate typing speed, along with good computer skills;
- Superb organisational skills, along with an attention to detail; and
- The ability to communicate well, combined with a positive and friendly outlook.
