The appointing salary for this role will be between $69,683 and $81,980, dependent on skills and experience.

The IT Support Analyst is based in our Toi Ohomai | Te Pūkenga at either our Tauranga or Rotorua campus reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager and will be responsible for:

- IT Support to Academic and Administration Teams
- Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support
- IT Service Delivery Administration
- Desktop Imaging and Deployment

**He kōrero mōu| About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Diploma in Business Computing or similar tertiary computing qualification
- Clean drivers’ licence
- Windows 10/11 or similar experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience providing technical support in medium to large IT environment
