Our well established Mt Eden client is looking for a fantastic assistant accountant /office admin person to join their friendly team.

**Role Purpose**
Responsible for the timely, accurate and effective processing of all client insurance payments and all MYOB/Xero payments for the group.

This role supports the Finance & Operations Manager and all compliance functions

**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for processing all daily transactions including all MYOB/Xero transactions.
- Responsibility for processing all trust account transactions and reconciliation of the Trust account (client payments held in trust for the insurers).
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Ensure appropriate levels of office supplies
- Support Finance & Operations Manager
- Manage payment batch processing and authorisation
- Manage office supplies
- Processing of Staff reimbursements and monthly processing of Directors Expense reimbursement
- Provide backup for tasks managed by reception
- Other tasks requested by Finance & Operations Manager

All tasks completed in a satisfactory and timely way in accordance with brief provided.

- High skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, MYOB, Xero

A friendly modern office environment near vibrant Mt Eden is on offer, with a salary range starting between $65000 and $70000.

There is room for growth in this role, and it has potential to lead to an Accountant position.
