**Some More Information About The Role**

The main focus of this role is to business partner across the wider teams and senior leaders, build trusting stakeholder relationships, prepare and analyse the monthly management accounts, along with the preparation of management accounts.

Key duties include but are not exhausted to:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations
- Statutory reporting, assisting with year-end-audit and tax compliance
- Finance Business Partnering by supporting senior managers across the finance team and the wider business
- Business planning and forecasting
- Management of 2 team members

You will help the key business units manage their financials but also help them understand other KPIs and wider drivers to help them make informed decisions, and improve productivity, profitability, and the quality of the work they provide to their clients.

**So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?**

We are looking for an experienced CA-qualified Accountant who has strong technical foundations as well as industry commercial experience. Ideally coming from a large group structure or international company, with exposure working with senior leadership teams and internal/external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities, whilst still being in the detail of the monthly management accounts

This would really suit a BIG4-trained accountant/manager with commercial finance and business partnering experience from an international or large group structured company.
