About the role
The role of Client Experience Analyst is to listen, gather data and client, and help develop actionable insights which tell compelling client stories to our leaders and frontline staff.
As a champion of the voice of the client, the Client Experience Analyst contributes to collaborative projects with Service Delivery teams, using best practice design thinking, qualitative research, and/or survey methodologies to support continuous improvement for our clients.

About you

**To be successful in the role, you will have the following**:

- Strong client focus
- Experience in designing and undertaking client research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods
- Understand the principles and methodology that underpin client experience and service design
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Creative problem solving
- Can facilitate client workshops
- Good computer literacy with experience using analytical software, and digital collaboration tools desirable

Position Description

**Salary range**: $71,943.00 - $87,931.00
