BayStation is seeking enthusiastic and engaging instructors to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (between 9.30am and 6.30pm) with the potential for picking up additional hours as needed.

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Become an expert**:We'll provide comprehensive training on all our activities, so prior experience is not required. You'll be responsible for teaching guests (aged 8-80) how to safely operate equipment like drift trikes, paintball guns, and laser tag gear.
- **Safety first, fun always**:You'll prioritize guest safety while ensuring everyone has a blast during their BayStation experience.
- **Communication is key**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with diverse groups and fostering a positive team environment.
- **Be a team player**:We're looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and works collaboratively to maintain a high standard of operation.
- **Keep it clean**:Maintaining a clean and presentable facility is part of the role. You'll also be responsible for daily equipment maintenance.
