Sealing Foreperson

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sealing Foreperson to join our Surfacing Team in Christchurch.

As the Foreperson, your role is to supervise the team and organise the day to day activities to ensure we meet the customers' expectations.

**The Role**:

- Day to day supervision of crew members and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure production targets are met
- Oversee construction and plan general activities
- Make sure the work meets the high quality standards
- Lead by example and display proactive attitudes towards safety in the workplace

**About you**:

- 5+ years' experience in sealing
- Experience as a Foreperson or in a leadership role is an advantage
- Ability to travel throughout the South Island
- Knowledge of treatment selections and seal designs desirable
- Current Class 1 driver's licence and W, T & R Preferred
- Ability to speak up if something isn't right
- Ability to plan ahead
- Positive attitude
- Team player and good team building skills
