**About the Role**:

- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, Dayshift from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- **Overtime**: Get rewarded with 1.5x pay for any extra hours.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Skillfully buy and grade various metals.
- Efficiently load and unload trucks.
- Champion a safety-first mindset.
- Prior forklift experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- You'll receive comprehensive training for crane lifting.

**About You**:

- **Ideal Experience**: Previous exposure to the steel industry (highly desirable).
- **Physical Stamina**: In great shape for manual handling duties.
- **Attention to Detail**: Possess an eagle eye for precision.
- **Work Ethic**: Exhibit a strong commitment to hard work and a thirst for knowledge.
