**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Team Leader. In this role, your focus will be to manage our busy Equipment team and to ensure safety focus is at the forefront of their minds, this role is based in our Auckland Branch. In addition to this you will be working with some of the coolest equipment on offer and some of the best products on the market, the world is your oyster.

**We would like to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
- Extensive knowledge of Heavy Equipment
- Ability to empower the team to take ownership of their safety practices
- Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing Heavy Equipment
- Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run a productive and efficient workshop
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
