**About the role**
This is a sales and customer relationship role, where you'll work closely with customers on-farm to understand their goals and challenges, and provide them with data-driven solutions to add value to their farms. The role is responsible for a territory in the Westcoast, encompassing Greymouth to Karamea. There is huge opportunity within this region, and you will be well supported to achieve great results.
Key focus areas include:
- Successful implementation of LIC solutions and the achievement of sales targets in your area.
- Maximising relationships with existing customers, and actively build relationships with new customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Undertaking educational and promotional initiatives with farmers.
**About You**
You'll be able to use data and insights to make effective decisions and you'll use this information to come well-prepared to your customer visits.
You'll also demonstrate:
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and proactively manage your day.
- Be results-focused with a track record of achieving great sales results.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally.
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to match solutions to customers.
- Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A tertiary qualification in this field is advantageous.
