**Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role**:
As a Kaiāwhina you will:

- Support connections with ākonga to promote a healthy work-life balance, providing access to pastoral care, resources, and community support information.
- Organise and manage activities that enable students to connect, support one another, and build a sense of belonging.
- Facilitate embedded sessions to enhance ākonga success and provide support during critical learning phases.
- Conduct administrative tasks to track the impact of services, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the student experience.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $61,200 and $80,300, dependent on skills and experience.

- A genuine passion for helping our priority groups with a compassionate and patient approach

- Willingness to learn or have an understanding of Tikanga Māori and/or Pacific Worldviews and/or sensitivity for learners with disabilities
