**The Role**:
Utilising your expertise in pursuit and Bid development to drive new business propositions and build relationships across the industry, you will elevate the business' profile. Acting as the bridge between clients and the business, collaborating across regions, contributing to growth and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to pursuits and proposals to grow market profile

Analyse pipeline and conduct market analysis to understand trends

Handle the RFP response process

Actively engage with clients, strengthening relationships and rapport

Internally contribute knowledge based on information gathered from client interactions

**About You**:
3 years experience in Bid & Business Development

Strategically driven

Experienced in analysing and responding to RFPs

Strong attention to detail

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams

Superior interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, self-managing, and customer/client focus
