**Safety, Health & Environmental Responsibilities - All Employees**
- Performing and managing activities and operations (SHE) according to the procedures and divisional or department requirements. Individual responsibilities will vary with the work performed and its potential impact on the environment and the safety and wellbeing of people.
- Reporting emergencies immediately to health and safety and management followed by Vault procedures.

**Comply with ASM Procedures and Policies**
- Carry out / participate in daily prestart meetings, hazard id's (health and safety / environmental), tail gate meetings.
- Complete all documentation required for the role including time sheets, daily job sheets, prestart inspections, plant usage sheets, quality checklists, hazard ids.
- Adhere to and enforce the Life Saving rules.
- Actively engaging with the wider team to identify, develop and implement innovations and saving.
- Ensure all timesheets are correct before being submitted and provide support where required.
- Champion staff engagement around ASM Strategy to action

**Ensure work is carried out to specifications and industry best practice and/or appropriate acts, standards, regulations.**
- Provide leadership and guidance for TTM work crews to enable them to complete their scopes of work to specification.
- Co-ordinate daily activities as prescribed and issued.
- Ensuring that all works are safely carried out in compliance with the relevant Job Instructions and Work Instructions.
- Keep line management informed of potential or actual problems associated with tasks, staff, and machinery.
- All daily activities recorded including plant, labour and material used and submitted on time

**Assist development of crew skills**
- Assist with inducting new and temporary staff into the team.
- Encourage development of staff showing potential.
- Promote staff engagement and maintains high morale of all staff.
- Gives feedback to team on quality and timeliness of work in a constructive manner.
- Drives prestart tail-gate process with crew and tailgate meetings are held as programmed.
- Inspect vehicles once per week and ensure they are kept in good clean condition.
- Ensure all vehicles have all tools accounted for and available and reported if stolen.

**Ensure plant is maintained and used in a safe manner**
- Ensure all plant and equipment is fit for the purpose/including Subcontractors.
- Ensure plant is used safely and effectively.
- Ensure plant checks (e.g.: tyres, oil and grease, plant prestart) completed and necessary maintenance completed before plant is operated.
- Monitor plant maintenance -log book and servicing.
- Necessary repairs are reported to foreman and supervisor

**Work in a safe manner**
- The provision of a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors, and the public on all your worksites - ensure safe work methods are always applied.
- Hazards, including health, safety and environmental hazards are identified, assessed, controlled for all work activities every shift (using open discussions through the prestart tailgate process) and monitored and reviewed on a regular basis throughout the shift.
- Where safety equipment and clothing are provided, ensure that is used correctly at all times required.
- Show regard for personal safety.
- Are attentive to the principles of Stay Safe daily, what am I doing? What can go wrong? How can I do it safer?
- PPE replacements identified and notified to supervisor where required.

**Quality from Start to Finish**
- Ensuring OFI forms and vault reports are raised for any non-conformance, system failure, injury, accident, new idea or improvement.
- Ensuring that specifications are followed, and checklists are completed by employees under their guidance for all work processes that require them.
- Ensuring that documentation required is correctly completed and returned to the appropriate points for processing and/or filing.

**Other**
- Hold and maintain any licences and certification relevant to the position (including a driver's licence).
- Applies training on the job and shares skills with others.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
- All compounds are clean, tidy and organised.
- Maintain bi-weekly stock take of equipment.
- Attend meetings where applicable.
- Must be contactable when specified on shift.
- Expected to work as long as the current job requires.
- Ensure all compounds are locked and closed at the end of shift.
