**About you**:
Ideally you will have previous experience in a supervisory role in the utilities industry, with a focus on reinstatement activities for 3 waters civil works.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to mange multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- A current New Zealand driver's license is essential

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and establish a new reinstatement team to ensure the quality of work is to ahigh standard and meets all required health and safety standards
- Oversee the reinstatement of 3 waters civil works to ensure the quality of work is toa high standard and meets all required health and safety standards
- Manage and motivate the reinstatement team to achieve their full potential and consistently deliver high-quality results
- Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely reinstatement of all utility services
- Ensure all reinstatement works are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all reinstatement activities
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
