**About the role - Mō te tūranga**
The position of an FCL Planner and Co-ordinator is primarily to answer/provision any customer enquiries and service-related issues. You will liaise with other businesses groups/departments to find and provide operational information to help customer enquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.
Key duties include:
- **Customer Champion**: Handle enquiries, manage key accounts, and build strong customer relationships.
- **Operational Excellence**: Coordinate orders, liaise with KiwiRail, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Problem Solver**: Proactively identify and resolve transport issues and implement service improvements.
- **Data Guru**: Prepare and present reports, manage claims, and ensure accurate data processing.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you will need:
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years in a planning and logistics-based role.
- **Skills**: High attention to detail, intermediate Excel skills, competent in planning.
- **Qualifications**: NCEA Level 2 & 3, relevant tertiary qualification preferred, and a New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
