- Leading our recruitment marketing media offering, developing strategies that provide impressive ROI for our clients
- Being an inspiring, inclusive leader who’s passionate about driving development and progression
- Driving digital strategy for new business and client expansion
- Build and develop key relationships with our media partners
- Translating research findings into actionable insights and presenting them to clients and supporting the wider team to do this
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance our capabilities in paid media, SEO, social, analytics, content generation, and recruitment marketing
- Implementing standards, systems, and best practices for media services across the business from strategic full service down to day-to-day advertising.

**And here’s what we’re keen to see from you**:

- Ideally, expertise in recruitment marketing, with a deep understanding of strategic campaign generation
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of brand consistency, segmentation, localisation, analytics, and content measurement
- Proven experience as a media strategist, delivering ROI for clients
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics to showcase return on investment
- Strong presentation skills
- A deep interest in digital marketing trends and technologies, staying up to date with the latest advancements
