Crate Washer

Our client supply NZ fresh growers with returnable packing solutions such as crates, bins, and pallets. Their crates are reusable, supporting their environmentally friendly mission.

You will be responsible for assisting the operation of the crate sanitising machine - managing the crates on the conveyor belt before and after they run through the sanitising process.

**Duties may include**:

- Unstacking crates from pallets
- As crates come out of the washer, check for defects, and remove any branding/pricing stickers.
- Remove clean crates from conveyor and stack on to pallets.
- General cleaning in vicinity, including cleaning of machines.
- Using hand tools to repair wooden pallets.

**Days & Hours**:
6:00am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday

You may be required to work from 4am during busy periods so flexibility here is necessary

**Skills and Attributes**:

- You will be reliable and hardworking and be physically fit.
- Comfortable doing repetitive work.
- You will be experienced working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- MOJ check required.
