- What will you do?
- Due to recent project wins and a solid pipeline of future projects, we are seeking an experienced technical director level with experience in the design and delivery of seismically resilient structures similar to those delivered by our Built Environment service group.
- This senior lead role will see you operating in a client-facing capacity with our key clients. You will be responsible for winning and leading projects in both a work winning and project management capacity and providing support and guidance to a highly technical team.
- What can you bring to the team?
- As a seasoned structural engineer with a proven background in guiding teams to deliver successful projects you will come to us with:

- A proven track record in detailed design delivery across commercial, government and health
- Confidence in working in bid preparation, winning work and client liaison
- Advanced commercial acumen; a flair for client engagement and expanding the business in line with Aurecon’s strategic business focus
- Proven ability to develop, manage, mentor and lead a design team
- Ability to ensure quality control in design delivery to satisfy both Aurecon and client requirements
- An all-rounder approach; the adaptability to flex between large and small scale business development, team leadership and delivery.
- Hold chartered status with Engineers New Zealand
