- Manage room attendant teams to clean guest rooms
- Cleaning and checking rooms checking on standards
- Monitor guest feedback by addressing guest service issues and complaints
- Training, Development and Mentoring of staff
- Motivate and Coordinate the Housekeeping Team to achieve department objectives
- Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments

**Qualifications**
- Experience in hotel housekeeping
- Leadership experience, the ability to lead by example, and be hands-on
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, organised and trustworthy
- Physically fit to carry out housekeeping tasks
- Basic computer literacy is preferred
- Flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- ** Hold NZ citizenship or permanent residency**

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside it’s a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.

Our two hotels include, Atlas Café & Restaurant and Clarkes Bar, ibis restaurant. 10 conference/Banquet rooms and InBalance Fitness Centre
