About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic solution provider with a huge range of clients and high-level in-house expertise. We adhere to agile principles and deliver using modern technologies, the latest development tools and practices, and always put customer value first.
Great What skills do I need?
To earn a place on our team you must be able to analyse, plan, implement, execute and report the outcome of your testing. You must be creative in your approaches and be able to work in environments with changing priorities, schedules and deliverable requirements. You must be flexible to work across different software development lifecycles, understanding how you can provide the best value to the project. You must work effectively in a mixed team environment that may be composed of other vendors, customers, business analysts and others.

**We will ask you to show us your**:

- Proven ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
- Ability to organise, plan and deliver your assignments in a professional manner with mínimal supervision
- Background in functional software testing (at least 2+ years)
- Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business-focused environment
- Knowledge of functional software testing practices and current methodologies and tools
- Dedication to improvement via training, certifications, or self-study
- We are looking for a variety of levels of experience, starting with associates all the way to very senior levels. The role title and compensation will be commensurate with your experience.

You are someone who is self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. You are technically skilled and genuinely interested in technology as a creative pursuit and not just a job. You can demonstrate the ability to learn, pivot and be open to new ideas. A client-focused attitude is a must, along with demonstrated ability to lead and work within a team.
