The organisation has seen sustained growth in the sector and is well known in the industry for processing logístically difficult products The team are committed to looking after their staff, providing a relaxed atmosphere however retaining industry high safety standards.

**The Role**

**Duties**
- Provide level 1-2 IT Support to a range of users
- Log tickets and process them accordingly in order or priority
- Pride yourself in your customer service, making every user feel looked after
- Troubleshoot IT issues before escalating to senior team members
- Work as a team

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working on an enterprise sized service desk
- ITIL certification or significant experience working within the framework
- Experience using the MS Stack, O365, Windows and Active Directory
- Basic network support experience
