**The Role**

Due to growth, we have an exciting newly created opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Wellington. Our team focuses on sourcing the best talent in the marketplace whilst providing a high level of service to our internal key stakeholders in a fun and driven environment.

You will take ownership on establishing relationships with key hiring managers to truly partner and understand the business.

**About You**

You will be an experienced high-volume blue collar / industrial recruiter with excellent communication skills who is seeking a new challenge. With an agency or internal recruitment background, you will feel comfortable forging new relationships with key stakeholders and establishing strong networks with hiring managers. Ideally, you will have experience partnering in a multi-site business (in an internal or external capacity).

You will be, driven, motivated and customer-centric, you will have a determined mindset to get successful results.
