Ko wai koe | About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and
experienced nurse with a strong background in mental health nursing,
particularly in adult community psychiatry, to join our multidisciplinary team
in a community mental health setting. In this role, you will be responsible for
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of clients on your
caseload, working closely with colleagues in the Community Mental Health Team.
You will be confident and motivated to work autonomously, while also
collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse disciplines. Your
expertise and experience will be invaluable in providing high-quality care to
our clients, and your ability to work seamlessly with other professionals will
be critical in our multidisciplinary team approach.

APC and mental health scope
- Skills and experience in assessment and case management.
