**The Role**:
As a 3IC you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable JD experience, whilst being responsible for elevated duties to support the Senior Management team.

You are responsible for, however not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

- Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, alongside our team to achieve KPI's and targets.
- Engage in housekeeping tasks to upkeep store presentation standards.
- Work alongside the Back of House Manager to assist with stock-management on the shop floor.
- Ensure all daily reports and compliance paperwork are adhered to.
- Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers.
- Assist with customer complaints, escalating to Senior Management as required.
- Be a point of escalation for your Department Supervisors.
- Set an example on the shop floor, providing sales training and KPI management to junior sales assistants.
- Provide performance management relating to profit protection protocols. Ensuring any breaches or potential theft is reported to Senior Management.
- Assist with stock audit preparation.
- Be a key-holder, responsible for opening/closing duties in store.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Who you are**:

- You have previous retail experience, ideally with a similar sports fashion retailer.
- You are results-driven. Experience tracking, monitoring, and improving KPIs is essential.
- You have several years experience managing a team. We have 15-20+ staff on shift at any time.
- You can provide on the spot corrective instruction to ensure company policies and standards of customer service are met.
- You are passionate about our industry and keen to share your knowledge with both staff and customers.
- You are energetic, a team player, and willing to learn.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- If you have scheduling experience, it is advantageous.
- You have the ability to work both weekend and late-night trade, including school and public holidays when required.
- You have a desire to grow within the industry.
