As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs and culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting chefs/cooks with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Helping to organize and stock kitchen inventory.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will be paid in the range of $25 - $30 per hour.

You will be employed by Hab 2013 Limited trading as Hard Antler Bar and Restaurant.

You will be guaranteed 30 hours of work per week in full time employment.
