We are looking for a driven and energetic Team Leader, with a proven track record, to take charge of this key department. In this role you will be able to utilise and develop your management skills, while working within an enthusiastic and passionate team.

**This role is for a Team Leader within our Customer Service Department**

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for confidently leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure our exceptional levels of service are consistently delivered. You will strive to cultivate an environment that allows optimal team performance; to enable them to deliver exceptional service every time to our customers.

This will see you taking accountability for:

- This position includes ensuring customers are the number one priority. Handling customer enquiries, team queries, sales transactions, returns, repairs and all the other aspects related to ensuring we deliver exceptional service at all times.
- Become a source of expertise of our point-of-sale system, processes, systems and procedures; ensuring customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Utilise exceptional problem solving skills to rectify service failures and facilitate customer service excellence for every customer every time.
- Commitment to offering collaborative coaching opportunities and driven to grow the skills of your team.
- Promoting a team culture that encourages a positive working environment.
- Contributing to the overall success of the store and translate strategic goals into meaningful objectives for the team.
- Other duties as required.

The ideal person for this position would need the following attributes:

- You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate, encourage and support a large team.
- The successful applicant must have had previous experience in supervising/leading a team and mentoring and coaching.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with a variety of key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Unwavering commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to work as part of a team, and provide direction and leadership
- Strong organisational skills, with forward thinking ability and be able to offer innovative solutions.
- General computer skills
- Ability to manage a varied and busy work load
- Reasonable degree of physical fitness and ability

This role is a Tuesday to Saturday position, working approx. 42.5 hours per week.
