**What you’ll do**:

- Plan and organise the production workflow for one or more goods.
- Review and prioritise operations to guarantee optimal performance with mínimal delay.
- Estimate project demands for people, equipment, and raw supplies.
- Establish goals, tasks, and priorities for employees and other staff.
- Set shifts based on production needs.
- Supervise production activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Detect and fix issues as they arise.
- Collect output information, such as the number of finished goods and percentage of defectives.
- Create and provide status and performance reports to managers.
- Manage the project's paperwork.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and other staff.

**Your qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working as a Production Planner or in an equivalent capacity.
- Significant experience in production planning and quality control tasks.
- Significant experience with manufacturing resource planning.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent math and statistical skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- "Can-do" mindset.
