**About the role**
This role will work closely with the Partners focusing on business transactions support, overseeing and assisting in the day-to-day delivery of transaction assignments. You will perform financial due diligence, provide advice on mergers and business integrations, review Sale & Purchase Agreements and provide advice on wider business growth opportunities.

We are seeking an authentic leader who understands the commercial and qualitative aspects of business transactions yet enjoys the analytical nature of financial advisory work. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics.
- CA, CPA, or CFA qualified.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or transaction services teams in an accounting and/or professional services firm.
- Good understanding of M&A concepts and the general structure and steps of sales processes. Knowledge and experience of capital raising an advantage.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Data analytics experience, using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Accomplished interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
