NZ Post's parcel business is booming thanks to the growth in online shopping - we are busier than ever before Over the past few years, NZ Post's domestic commercial parcel business (NZ businesses sending parcels) has grown rapidly and makes up the largest part of the NZ Post core business. Growth from this part of the business is expected to continue and will be fundamental to our success and a long-term, sustainable business model.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Your role will play a key role in driving that growth through commercial insights to support the execution of the Customer Team strategic plans.

**In this role you will get involved with**:

- Strategy development and coordination - supporting the Customer Team and working closely with Value Streams to maximise growth and profitability
- Market, Competitive and Commercial Analysis including interpretation of financial statements
- Assist with enterprise planning
- Reporting to support performance
- Business case support through reporting and insight analysis.
- Provide support with project delivery and management
- Provide guidance on data and models for Customer team.

Mōu - About you
- You will have experience in roles such as commercial pricing, finance, or product analysis
- You will love analysing market trends, competitor activity, external and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and competitive insights.
- You will be used to taking varied information sources, including Financial Statements and deriving insights.
- Your ability to network across the business and work with a diverse number of stakeholders to influence will be a huge enabler to your success.
- You work well with all sorts of people through your relationship and communication skills.
