We are looking for a Team Leader for our Seasonal (Outdoor Furniture, BBQs, Heating and Cooling) and Hardware departments. Reporting to the Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating department team members ensuring that processes, procedures, and customer service are maintained at the highest level.

This is a full time, salaried role working on a 4O hour per week Sunday to Thursday roster.

This role is a physical, hands-on role in a busy area of the business. Accuracy, attention to detail, planning & organization and communication are all essential skills for this role.

Previous experience in retail, Leadership/ management would be advantageous.
