As our Campus Manager you’ll be critical to our ongoing success. You’ll be passionate about changing lives and your ability to coach your team will be key to fostering an outstanding campus environment that develops exceptional graduates.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting the minimum of EBITDARM as a percentage of “total income” as per budget
- Achievement of all annual campus goals and EPI targets
- Ensuring all legal obligations and company policies are met
- Ensuring effective Stakeholder Management meets company expectations and graduate outcome targets are achieved
- Leadership of campus is aligned to all 6 company values

**About you**:
You are a well-established, natural people leader with experience in developing high performing teams and your values are closely aligned with ours as these are how we engage with each other, every day. You’ll have a passion for quality education and a desire to support graduate success, during their studies and on to successful industry employment. Your experience in developing and sustaining effective relationships from staff to stakeholders will be a key strength as you are without a doubt a compelling and effective communicator who uses these skills to quickly build rapport.

You’ll be solutions focused and can also focus on compliance and respect policies, procedures, and expectations. Your ability to persevere when under pressure and embrace change will see you succeed in this role, along with your desire for further development opportunities.
