**What's the job?**

InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial, coatings and infrastructure. You may not have heard of us, but we do a lot - and we've got aspirations to be number one in every area we deliver. - Assist with accounts, payroll, and invoicing processes.
- Manage purchase orders and debtor accounts.
- Review and verify timesheets and job entries.
- Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies and distributing correspondence.
- Coordinate site visits and employee training, ensuring certifications are up to date.
- Maintain Health and Safety documentation and ensure compliance.
- Track and manage contract implementation, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Verifying and matching claims
- Support internal systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Generate reports, proposals, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compiles month end branch financial reporting

- Preferred experience in infrastructure based contracts
- Proven accounts support experience essential
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft and accounting software packages
- Literate and numerate skills

- Sound attention to detail
- Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
